Portland Recovery Community Center (PRCC) is home to the Maine Recovery Hub, an initiative that supports developing recovery community centers throughout Maine. We are working to develop a statewide network of peer recovery support services, recovery coaches, public education, prevention efforts, and advocacy. Together we are building hope and support for people in and seeking recovery throughout Maine.


The Maine Recovery Hub is made up of sixteen recovery community centers that provide recovery support in their communities. PRCC provides technical support and networking opportunities to support these recovery community centers.

We provide state-wide naloxone distribution, overdose prevention education, support and aftercare.

Maine Tobacco Helpline

The Maine Tobacco Help Line has helped more than 100,000 people since it started in 2001. It is a state-funded resource that is free to all Maine residents and managed by the MaineHealth Center for Tobacco Independence.

Intentional Warm Line

Confidential telephone support services for non-crisis situations, including, but, not limited to:, Peer-to-peer support, social connection, sharing personal victories, overcoming fear, grief or sadness, developing effective strategies for the future, assistance with referrals to community resources, talking to someone when feeling sad, lonely, or discouraged.

Codependents Anonymous

Co-Dependents Anonymous is a program of recovery from codependence, where each of us may share our experience, strength, and hope in our efforts to find freedom where there has been bondage and peace, where there has been turmoil in our relationships with others, and ourselves.

LINC Center

LINC is a grassroots movement that focuses on personal wholeness. It is a place for people, 18 and older, who live with mental health, substance misuse and/ or any life challenges to become empowered, make contributions, be creative and learn to be the healthiest version of themselves.

Maine Narcotics Anonymous is a fellowship of recovering drug addicts who have come together to solve their common problem of addiction. We apply a program of recovery with a single and profound promise: freedom from active addiction.
